Reminder about FundRaiser
Chargebacks can prevent you from getting those much needed funds at this critical time. Most chargebacks occur because the cardholder was not notified that "CompleteCampaigns.com" would appear on the credit card statement. Please ensure that each credit card contributor is aware of this when the transaction is made.

Updating Voter Records from a Voter File

Let’s talk about the days leading up to the election! As the big day approaches, you may want to improve your targeting by updating your VoterManager database with information from the registrar of voters. Most of time, you will receive voter files many times before the election day.

So, how do you update your voter records?

Use the import tool!

It’s free. There is no charge to use the import tool no matter how many times you upload.

You can update your VoterManager database immediately. Importing through VoterManager gives you the ability to immediately update the information in the database to reflect the voter file using codes, include updating who requested an absentee ballot or who has already voted.

When you receive your first file from the registrar, we recommend that you attempt to update your record as soon as you receive it. Some registrars have files that do not have Voter ID numbers/Affidavits or do not otherwise work with our standard import tool. If this is the case, contact us ASAP so that we can address the problem immediately. The good news is that if your file doesn’t work, we can build a custom tool to help you upload it in the future.
