Product Updates - New Features

1. New Form 3Z-1 Analyzation Report

This report compares the differences between Line 16B on FEC Form 3 and the information that appears on your Form 3Z-1. It breaks out the totals that affect both forms and does the math for you, making it easy to check the totals for accuracy. It even fills in the totals on a Form 99, so you can quickly respond to those pesky FEC letters.

2. Making Communications Inactive

You can now make a communication inactive. As with codes, if a communication is no longer being used, you can make it inactive under the Management menu without deleting it from the system.

Hot Tip - Getting a Running Count


We often get the question, “I want to run a report, but I just want to see the total number of people before I export them. How do I do that?” You may not know, but the Custom Report Generator already supports this. Getting a running count is a great way to make sure your universe is just the right size before moving forward.

To get a running count:

1. Build your query
2. Make sure your Export Options are set to:

3. Click Submit Query
4. Wait for your screen to refresh
5. Look back at your Query Details box; locate the number underneath Running Count. This number represents the total number of active records that matched your criteria.
