New BackOffice Features

11/27/2007 Code Character Length Increased - Codes may now be 10 characters long. While we still recommend shorter codes if you're just starting out, we hope the increase will help clients who already have a lot of codes.

11/27/2007 New Ability to Paste in Phone Numbers - If you have a phone number on your computer that you need to add into a record, just copy and paste the entire thing. Once pasted, the numbers will automatically merge into the correct phone number fields.

11/27/2007 Designate New Addresses as Primary or Mailing - When you click on "Add Address," you will now see a checkbox for Primary Address. (You will also see one for Mailing Address, if you are using the Mailing Address option.) Check this box to make the new address you are entering the Primary and/or Mailing Address.

11/21/2007 NEW C3 Functionality (Washington State) - When generating your C3 report, you may now choose to itemize all contributions!

Coming Soon - We will be launching our new import tool which we have reworked from the ground up to be more robust, handle larger files, and be more user-friendly.

250 Tips For Public Speaking

Check out this great list of public speaking tips. Although some of the list is pretty obvious, there are a lot of very helpful items you might not have thought of. Some good examples are below:

25. Sign up for an improv class.

56. Start strong (always).

116. Videotaping yourself speak can be very confronting but necessary, especially if you want to improve.

140. The best speeches are not written, they are rewritten.
