New Features
Improved Duplicate Matching Logic
We now also use name titles and suffixes to determine potential matches.
Combine Duplicates Tool Updated
System > Combine Duplicates now allows you to decide how many records per page you would like to see, rather than simply defaulting to 10 per page.
Remove Deposits
If you would like to completely remove a deposit from your Register, you can now click on "Remove Deposit." This will move all the transactions back into Undeposited Funds so that you don't have to individually remove each transaction.
New VoterManager Custom Export Householding Functionality
When exporting your Custom Report into a Custom Export, you can now choose to Household Within Results. This means Householding will only occur within Individuals who met the criteria of your Custom Report.

Continued FEC Version 6.1 Issues
You may have noticed that there are still a few bugs in the new FEC viewer. We have been corresponding with the FEC development team to make sure that they are aware of every issue that comes up. As you can imagine, they are swamped with support calls for today's year-end filing deadline.
You’ll find a list of known problems below, but if you spot any additional bugs, please let us know and we will pass this on to the FEC team ASAP. Here are the know problems with their status:
- Issue: Change of Address checkbox is always checked on form 3.
- Status: This issue has been fixed for the latest FECPrint, which will be delivered in a new Toolkit some time after Feb 1, 2008.
- Issue: Viewer crashing when H3 and H4 are included.
- Status: This issue has been fixed for the latest FECPrint, which will be delivered in a new Toolkit some time after Feb 1, 2008.
- Issue: Viewer checks both "Fundraising" and "Voter Drive" when only "Fundraising" is checked for the Allocated Activity.
- Status: This issue has been fixed for the latest FECPrint, which will be delivered in a new Toolkit some time after Feb 1, 2008.
- Issue: Cannot file amendments of version 5.2 and earlier.
- Status: This issue will likely be fixed next week.
- Issue: Spanish language characters are not being supported.
- Status: Unknown

Did you know you have the option of receiving your invoices and statements exclusively by e-mail? Save paper, save energy, and give Cheryl in the finance department fewer papercuts!
Additionally, if you’re a FundRaiser client, you also have the option of receiving your funds and statements electronically, instead of by paper checks and snail-mail. You’ll even receive your payments faster, since you won’t have to wait for your check in the mail.
You can also pay bills by autopay, instead of sending us checks. This saves your time, a stamp and an envelope.
