New Features

System Options Page Redesigned

We have redesigned our System > Options page with a cleaner, more organized look that better distinguished between what affects you, and what affects everyone. You can also roll your mouse over anything with a dashed underline to get a better description of what that specific option will do.

New Option for Couple Salutations

We added a System Option that allows you to decide if you want the man's name or woman's name to come first in a couple's salutation (e.g. Bob and Sherry versus Sherry and Bob). Simply go to System > Options and change the setting for "Default Couple Salutation Style" to either 'Male First' or 'Female First'. Moving forward, this will change the default order for your couple salutations.

New Custom Export Field: Multiple Email Addresses

You now have the option to include all email addresses on an Individual or Organizational Record in your Custom Export. These merge fields are in the category called "Email" in Management > Custom Exports.

Additional Label Options in the Thank You Manager

You may now print Avery 5160 Labels w/Company and Avery 5160 Labels w/Company – Combine Spouses from the Thank You Manager.

Stationary Manager allows uploading .css files

You may now upload .css files to the Stationary Manager. The Stationary Manager is accessed by choosing Management > Stationary.

FEC Form 3 Generator Redesigned

The FEC Form 3 Generator now sports a cleaner look, relabeled fields, and helpful tips. We hope the new design makes it that much easier to run your Form 3!

FPPC State Filers: Efiling Amendments Just Got Faster

We have streamlined the process for electronically filing your amended Form 496s and 497s. These amendments will now file directly to the state, no longer requiring manual review and filing from a CompleteCampaigns.com Support Analyst. Consequently, this will allow you to get your amendments filed much faster than our previous filing method.
