State House and State Senate information

Since we're now part of the Aristotle family, we have access to every legislative district in the country! What does this mean for you? We just added State House and State Senate information to addresses! Newly-added addresses and previously standardized addresses will show State House and State Senate districts. You can access this information by mousing over the "i" icon in the Addresses box on an Individual or Organization page. You can also search by State House or State Senate districts using the Custom Report Generator.

New My Dashboard Item: Total Raised Last Cycle

You can now view a breakdown of your contributions for the last cycle by Monetary contributions, Inkind contributions, Loans Received, and Miscellaneous Income.

Wisconsin Reporting Updates

Wisconsin has implimented new reporting requirements, which are now intergrated into BackOffice. Additional data entry is required to note Profession and the new Reporting Codes. Filing your Wisconsin reports early is highly encouraged.

Wisconsin Financial Register Updates

The Financial Register in BackOffice now reflects the new Reporting Codes released by Wisconsin for use in Government Reporting. Additionally, the Individual Record now contains a drop-down from which a Profession will be selected. The options available in this drop-down reflect Wisconsin’s newly released Profession options.

HotTip: Managing Saved Reports
 

Saved Reports are the queries that users create under the Custom Report Generator and save for future reference. This HotTip explains how to rename, modify or delete your saved reports.

Where to find the Saved Reports

  1. Go to the Management and select Saved Reports.
  2. The Saved Report Manager will list all the Saved Reports (Queries) that have been created by all the users of the database.



To Delete a Saved Report

  1. To delete a Saved Report (Queries), look for the query on the Saved Report Manager page. Once you located it, click on the delete icon located after the Modify button.
